How We Work With Groups

To keep every workshop inspiring and well-guided, we work with different group sizes.

Small Groups (5 up to 10 participants)

Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, creative afternoons with friends, or small team sessions. Workshops can take place in our studio at Plan-B or at your location.

Medium Groups (11–18 participants)

A lovely choice for larger birthday celebrations, staff gatherings, networking drinks, or special occasions that bring people together. These workshops take place at your location, creating a smooth and relaxed flow for your guests.

Larger Groups (19–28 participants)

Ideal for bigger celebrations, company events, or festive gatherings.
We guide the workshop using a beautifully structured format to ensure quality and attention for every participant — hosted at your venue.

For groups larger than 28 participants, we divide the group or plan multiple sessions. This ensures personal guidance and maintains the quality of the experience.

Pricing depends on group size, with adjusted rates for larger bookings.

Group Flower Workshops

Flower Workshops for Kids

🌸 Celebrate your child’s special day with a creative flower party at my studio in Plan-B (Hurksestraat 19, Eindhoven).

Children create magical floral designs — from flower crowns and fairy lanterns to butterfly wings and seasonal pieces — and take their handmade creation home as a keepsake.

The workshop lasts 1.5–2 hours, includes all materials, and is suitable for up to 10 children (occasionally 12).
Cost: approx. €25.50 per child.

You’re welcome to bring cake and gifts. We start with presents and cake (20–30 minutes), followed by the workshop, and finish with a group photo .

Changes can be made up to 7 days before the event.

Flower Bar & Workshop Experiences for Corporate Events

Our floral experiences combine atmosphere, interaction, and hands-on creativity — offering a refined yet relaxed way to connect.

A beautifully styled Flower Bar with seasonal blooms in your brand colors or event palette. Guests select their flowers and create a hand-tied bouquet to take home.

🌸 Option 2: Flower Bar + Guided Workshop

Begin with the Flower Bar as an engaging icebreaker, then transition into a guided floral workshop.

This format creates deeper interaction, teamwork, and shared creativity — perfect for team-building sessions or structured event programs.

Seasonal Flower Arranging Course

Discover the art of floral design year-round with our Seasonal Flower Arranging Course. Over four lessons, create stunning arrangements inspired by autumn, winter, spring, and summer. Each hands-on session includes all materials and is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike. You’ll learn techniques such as crafting bouquets, designing horizontal and vertical arrangements, working with iron frames, and creating themed pieces, all using the season's best blooms.

The course is spread across the year, typically in March, June, October, and December. Sessions take place on Thursday evenings, but if you join with a group of at least four participants, we can arrange a day and time that suits you. The course requires a minimum of four participants to proceed, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience.

The full course costs €195,50 when attending all four lessons. If you choose fewer sessions, individual workshop pricing applies. Book through our calendar or contact us for a private session.
